Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for our schedule, please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Notice Requirement
• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
2. Late Cancellations
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the scheduled service(s).
3. No-Shows
• Clients who fail to show up without notice will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked.
4. Late Arrivals
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. In some cases, it may be considered a no-show.
5. Deposit Policy (optional—only if you take deposits)
• A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your service on the day of your appointment.
6. Emergencies & Flexibility
• We understand that life happens. If you experience an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate your situation.
